Since 2019 the main engagement has been IAM and Microsoft 365 automation at Domtar, on a tenant of more than 30,000 mailboxes across about a dozen Active Directory forests inherited from successive mergers.
Everything runs on PowerShell, with direct REST calls to Microsoft Graph and certificate authentication. No SDK module to get approved, no dependency that breaks at the next major version, no password sitting inside a script. It installs on a locked-down jump box.
And for the question everyone asks: centralized configuration, encrypted secrets, versioned changelogs, documented traps, all written in English. What we leave behind is readable by someone else.
