IAM and M365 automation consultant at Domtar since 2019, on a tenant of more than 30,000 mailboxes and about a dozen Active Directory forests inherited from successive mergers.

Everything runs on PowerShell 5.1 with direct REST calls to Microsoft Graph and certificate authentication. No SDK module to get approved, no dependency that breaks at the next major version, no password sitting inside a script. It installs on a locked-down jump box.

And for the question everyone asks: centralized configuration, encrypted secrets, versioned changelogs, documented traps, all written in English. What I leave behind is readable by someone else.
